I will stamp all over 'legitimate boxer' Jake Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.

British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.

Ex twice unified title holder Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.

Boxer's Attitude

"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.

"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.

"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

Despite those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Paul rather criticized ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As the two fighters engaged in the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really going ahead.
